Shipping Policy

We aim to ship items within 2-3 days of purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your order. For commissioned artworks creation and delivery times will be discussed at the time of purchase.

Standard (UPS 1st Class Signed-For) - £2.95

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (signed-for) - £5.25

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns so that you can can purchase with confidence. Please return items within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and condition. You will not be refunded for the original or return postage. This does not apply to commissioned paintings which are non-refundable. Cathy Davies does not accept responsibility for any returns that become lost in transit. A tracked service is recommended.​

To return please package with your name, address, order number, email and reason for return, in the original packaging and send to the address on the reverse of your parcel. Please note that items which are returned to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact me to arrange a replacement (if applicable) and/or return as detailed above. You will be refunded the price of the faulty item in full including any postage charges. In the case of a replacement, you will not be refunded.
